As you are aware, we, the insurer, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (Tokio Marine), wishes to reimburse you for an overcharge on your travel insurance purchased through RACT.

This overcharge was a result of a system error related to the age of at least one traveller listed on your Certificate of Insurance.

To obtain your reimbursement, please provide your details and follow the steps detailed below. Your information will be handled with a high level of security and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Step 1: Complete the form below and submit to link with the related travel policy

Please fill in the details of the first listed traveller (this is the first person identified on the Certificate of Insurance and may be the person who purchased the travel insurance). If unsure, refer to your Certificate of Insurance. Click on the ‘Submit’ button and we will link your details with your policy and take you to step 2, to request your bank details.
